术前麻醉护士访视对提高老年骨折手术患者手术麻醉配合度的作用

Application of Anesthesia Nurse's Visit before Operation in Improving the Anesthesia Cooperation of Senile Patients with Fracture Operation

目的:探讨术前麻醉护士访视对提高老年骨折手术患者手术麻醉配合度的效果。方法:将100例老年骨折手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上由麻醉护士进行术前访视,比较两组的手术麻醉认知知识、麻醉配合度、麻醉时间及手术应激情况。结果:观察组在麻醉方法、注意事项、麻醉体位等认知评分高于对照组,配合度高于对照组,麻醉时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组麻醉前的收缩压、舒张压、心率、焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术前麻醉护士访视能够增加老年骨折术患者对麻醉的认知,提高麻醉配合度,减少手术应激。

Objective: To investigate the effect of anesthesia nurse's visit before operation in improving the operation anesthesia cooperation of senile patients with fracture operation.Methods:100 cases of senile fracture patients werer andomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was given preoperative visit by anesthesia nurses.The two groups were compared of operation anesthesia,the anesthesia knowledge,anesthesia cooperation,the anesthesia time and operation stress.Results:The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,and anxiety scores in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The anesthesia knowledge scores of anesthesia,attention,anesthesia in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the cooperation degree was higher than that in the control group,anesthesia time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anesthesia nurse visit before operation can increase the awareness of anesthesia in elderly patients with fracture,improve the degree of anesthesia and reduce the operation stress.
