摘要
铁氧化物磁性纳米材料过氧化物模拟酶催化活性的发现,开启了纳米材料研究的新领域。与天然酶相比,纳米材料模拟酶具有易制备、使用范围广、催化活性可调等优点。近期,各种新型铁氧化物磁性纳米材料模拟酶被制备出来并用于过氧化氢、葡萄糖、癌症标志物等检测。鉴于此,简要总结了近年来国内外磁性氧化铁纳米材料及磁性纳米复合材料模拟酶在光化学分析、电化学传感及有机污染物降解等方面的应用研究进展,并对今后可能的研究方向和要点做出展望。
The discovery of iron oxide nanoparticles with peroxidase activity opens a new area in the research of nanomaterials. Comparing with natural enzymes, nanomaterial-based mimic enzymes possess the advantages of easy preparation, wide using range, adjustable catalytic activities, etc. In recent years, a wide range of iron oxide nanoparticles-based proxidase mimics have been fabricated to detect hydrogen peroxide, glucose, cocaine, cancer markers etc. The applications of magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles and magnetic nanocomposites based enzyme mimic to colorimetric analysis, electrochemical sensors and degradation of organic pollutants have been reviewed,and the research fields and key points of these materials have also been prospected.
