摘要 提出一种可用于户用光伏发电系统的新型高增益DC-DC变换器拓扑结构。基于交错并联开关电容的拓扑结构构成一个新型的拓扑结构,并对4通道改进拓扑结构的工作原理和稳态进行分析,拟实现低压侧电流应力的进一步降低,高压侧降低电压应力并实现在输入变化较大的范围内对输出电压的调节。最后,通过搭建1个200 W的原理样机验证了上述理论分析的正确性。 A novel high step-up DC-DC converter was proposed which can be used for household photovoltaicpower generation system. Based on the topology of the interleaved parallel switched capacitors topology structure,so as toform a new kind of topology structure,and the working principle and the stesdy-state of the four channel improvedtopolpgy were analysed. This topology aimed to reduce current stress in low-voltage side further,decrease voltage stressin high-voltage side,and to achieve output voltage regulation with a wide range input.Finally,a 200 W prototype isimplementedtoverifythecorrectnessoftheabovedtheoreticalanalysis.
