摘要
介绍了一种最新的全自动洗车机控制系统的设计方案。为了减小全自动洗车控制系统的占用空间且提高控制系统的性能,该控制系统采用的是S7-1200系列的PLC,配合三相步进电机、超声波测距传感器工作。介绍了整个系统的工作过程、1215C上各端口连线、脉冲发生器的实现以及洗车过程的软件流程。控制系统的所有器件占用空间明显减小,仿真实验表明三相步进电机运行稳定,该系统设计合理。
Introduced a new automatic washing machine control system design scheme. To reduce the occupiedspace and improve the performance in this automatic control system,control system used the S7-1200 series PLC,with the three-phase step motor,ultrasonic range sensor. Introduced the whole system work process,ports connectionon 1215C,the realization of the pulse generator and the software flow of washing process. The space of all devicestook up was significantly reduced in this control system,simulation results show that the three-phase step motorrunning is stable,the system design is reasonable.
