牛东火山岩油藏压裂技术研究与应用

摘要 三塘湖盆地牛东裂缝-孔隙型火山岩油藏通过水平井多段压裂后,初期产量达到直井3-4倍,预计单井累计产量为直井的3倍以上。通过各种水平井压裂工艺现场试验,形成了以速钻桥塞分段分簇多级压裂为主的主体工艺技术。在研究牛东火山岩储层构造、岩性、物性参数及压裂参数对压裂后产量影响的基础上,结合压后产液剖面测试、微地震监测等技术,形成了水平井压裂参数优化设计技术、低成本低伤害压裂液技术、低成本组合支撑剂技术、压前注活性水技术及压后"关井-油水置换技术",取得了较好的火山岩油藏压裂措施效果,为油田的高效开发奠定了基础。 The initial production of Niudong fracture-porosity volcanic reservoir after horizontal well multi-section fracturing, arrived 3-4 times of the vertical wells, and the cumulative production of single well is expect as 3 times more. Through the test of various horizontal well fracturing technology, Formed a main technology as the drillable bridge plugs fracturing with the multi-cluster & multi-stage fracturing. Based on the production Influence factor studies, such as structure, lithology, physical property parameters and fracturing parameters of the reservoir, Combined with liquid profile testing, micro seismic monitoring technology, formed the horizontal well fracturing optimization design technology, low cost and low damage fracturing fluid technology, low cost of proppant combination technology, inject surfactant water before fracturing technology and shut in " oil-water replacement " technology, achieved good volcanic reservoir fracturing effect, provided a basis for the efficient development of the oil field.
