当前煤矿在综采工作面的安装或撤除中最主要的一个环节和工序就是设备的起吊、装封车与沿途运输,它不仅直接制约着整个安(撤)工程的时间进度,还是安全管理中最薄弱、最难控制的。本文介绍了几种在兖矿集团部分矿井应用的新型起吊运输装置——单轨吊机车,它具有传统运输工具所不具备的多项优点,实现了设备起吊、装封车与运输环节中的安全、高效运行,大大提高煤矿企业的安全、经济效益和社会效益。

The main link and process of installation or removal of current fully mechanized coal mining workplace are the lifting, loading,sealing up and transportation along the way of equipment, which not only directly restricts the time schedule of the whole installation (removal) project, but also the most vulnerable and difficult to control part in the safety management. This paper introduces several new types of lifting and transportation equipment applied in partial mines of Yan Mine Group--monorail crane,which has many advantages that the traditional transportation do not ave and it implements the safe and efficient operation of equipment lifting, loading and sealing up and transportation links, which greatly improves the safety, economic benefit and social benefit of coal mining enterprises.
