摘要 应用空压机热水回收机组和EAOC(能效分析与运行优化)软件技术,通过对热水回收机组流量和温度的控制,保证润滑油的最佳工作温度,在回收热水的同时,将空压机排出的高温空气所具有的热量,对经过吸附过程的吸附剂直接加热升温,使吸附剂得到彻底脱水再生,因为在加热再生过程时无耗气,所以可以实现空压系统节能达到高效节能运行。 The application of air compressor water recycle unit and EAOC energy efficiency analysis and operation optimization software technology, through to the water recycling unit flow rate and temperature control, ensure the best working temperature of lubricating oil in the water at the same time, the discharge of high temperature air to air compressor with the quantity of heat, through the process of adsorption of adsorbent direct heating temperature, dehydrating adsorbent radically regeneration, as there is no air in heating regeneration process, so can realize energy-saving air compressor system to achieve high efficiency and energy saving operation.
