摘要 辽河油田稠油开发的主要方式是稠油热采,注汽质量是保证采收效果的根本,其中的关键因素是保持注汽干度平稳,这是实现稠油采收率提高的重点。干度自控系统在注汽锅炉的正常使用,能够控制注汽干度,从而保证注汽质量。蒸汽干度决定了同等条件下单井注汽周期产量及油汽比,更是确保注汽锅炉安全运行的重要指标。 The main way for the exploitation of Liaohe oilfield thickened oil development is thickened oil thermal recovery, and the steam injection quality is the fundamental to ensure recovery effect,besides, one of the key factors is to keep the stable dryness of steam injecting, which is the key point of realizing the increase of oil recovery rate. Automatic dryness control, in the condition of normal use of steam injection boiler can control the dryness of steam injecting, so as to ensure the quality of steam injection. The steam dryness quality determines the periodic output of single well and gas-oil ratio in the same condition, and also it is the important index to ensure the safe operation of steam injection boiler.
