摘要 本文通过对补强圈补强使用的条件、补强圈材料的选择、补强圈结构尺寸的选用、设计中应注意等方面的问题。探讨了如何对加强圈进行设计,如何保证压力容器的安全,对补强圈结构尺寸的选用既要满足安全需要,又要经济,为压力容器的设计提供了指导。根据笔者实际的工作经验,现总结出如下几点关于化工压力容器常见的腐蚀现象,即物理腐蚀、化学腐蚀、电化学腐蚀以及应力腐蚀。针对如上四种化工压力容器的腐蚀现象以及各自的原理介绍,现提出几点防腐蚀的对策,要对化工压力容器科学的维护管理,才能从根本上防止各项异常情况的发生。 This article, on the basis of the things needed to pay attention for working condition of stiffening ring reinforcing, choice of stiffening ring materials, choice of stiffening ring structure and size and design ,discusses how to strengthen the circle design, how to guarantee the safety of pressure vessels and the choice for stiffening ring structure and should not only meet the requirements of safety but also should be economic and provide guidance for the design of the pressure vessel. According to the actual work experience of the author, summary about corrosion phenomena of chemical pressure vessel is taken as follows: physical corrosion, chemical corrosion and electrochemical corrosion and stress corrosion. In view of the above four chemical corrosion phenomena and the introduction of their principle, it puts forward the countermeasures of corrosion protection,scientific maintenance and management of pressure vessels so that it can prevent the abnormal situations.
