8%嘧菌酯·22%霜脲氰悬浮剂的制备工艺研究

摘要 通过助剂的筛选,制备了稳定的8%嘧菌酯·22%霜脲氰悬浮剂,同时筛选出了合适的酸度调节剂和增稠稳定体系,最终制备的8%嘧菌酯·22%霜脲氰悬浮剂成功解决了该剂型常出现的热贮胀气和膏化现象。且经测定,该工艺制备的悬浮剂在粒径、悬浮率、热贮稳定性等方面均符合国家相关指标。 Stable 8% azoxystrobin -22% cymoxanil suspension concentrate was developed by screening appropriate adjuvants, acidity regulator and thickener, the 8% azoxystrobin -22% cymoxanil suspension concentrate successfully solved the problem of flatulence and creaming during heat storage. And the determination of the suspension in the process of particle size, suspension rate, heat storage stability and other aspects of the relevant indicators are in line with the relevant national indicators.
