摘要 目前气田水的处理一般为地层回注,回注的方式采用泵将气田水加压注入地层。但泵注气田水也显现出许多弊端:一方面,要大量回注气田水,必须选用大功率的机泵,投资和使用中的能耗大;另一方面,气田水的腐蚀性,使机泵和管线内壁产生严重的腐蚀,造成回注设备故障率明显上升,维修成本增加。为了解决上述问题,本文提出一种利用压力容器加压回注气田水的方式,采用气体作为动力源,减少动设备与气田水接触,避免气田水对动设备零件的腐蚀,达到减少设备的故障率和维修成本,提高回注站的工作效率。 The gas field water treatment for reinjection strata, commonly using will pump gas water reinjection of pressure into the formation.But water pump injection gas field also shows many drawbacks: on the one hand, to a large number of recycle gas field water, must choose the machine pump with high power, large investment and can use the energy; Corrosive gas field water, on the other hand, make the machine pump and pipeline wall produces serious corrosion, reinjection equipment failure caused by increased obviously, the maintenance cost increases. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a method of pressure vessel pressure water reinjection gas field, using gas as a source of power, reduce equipment and gas water contacts, to avoid corrosion of gas field water to move equipment parts, to reduce equipment failure rate and maintenance cost, improve the work efficiency of reinjection station.
