摘要
自由曲面零件作为工程机械中重要的构件,其型面复杂,设计具有很大难度。通对自由曲面零件螺旋桨建模过程进行全面分析,来解决建模过程中难题。为了高效的得到螺旋桨模型,采用图谱设计方法,推导出螺旋桨桨叶切面坐标转换公式,应用Excel、Pro/E软件分别进行数值计算、三维实体化造型。实现了螺旋桨的快速精确造型,为自由曲面零件参数化设计提供了另一种参考。

In order to get the propeller model is efficient, the graph design method of propeller blade section is deduced coordinate transformation formula, the application of Excel, Pro/E software respectively through numerical calculation, 3d modeling of materialization.Realize the fast accurate modeling of the propeller, parametric design for free-form surface parts provides another reference.
