探赜射勃止咳对药方治疗喉源性咳嗽组方思路及其病机特点分析

Analysis of syndrome differentiation of Shebo Zhike couplet medicine recipe in the treatment of laryngeal cough

射勃止咳对药方是根据吴鞠通银翘马勃散方、桑菊饮及孙思邈《千金》苇茎汤等经典名方,结合笔者临床治疗喉源性咳嗽之经验,所得治喉咳一法,疗效斐然。本文立足于射勃止咳对药方,分析其组方思路,明确药对与喉咳病机的一一对应关系,其治相机以行,能达执简驭繁之目的。寄此文,以希对临证者有所裨益。

Shebo Zhike couplet medicine recipe is a method in treating laryngeal cough by referring to classical prescriptions such as Yinqiao Mabo powder and Sangju beverage of WU Jutong and Weijing decoction of SUN Simiao, and combining the writer’s own clinical experience. The effect is striking. This article analyzes the recipe idea of Shebo Zhike couplet medicine recipe and clarifies the correspondence of the couplet medicines and pathogenesis of laryngeal cough. The treatment is simple and effective and this thesis hopes to provide insight for the o clinician of TCM.
