射干麻黄汤加减治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘患者的临床效果观察

The clinical effect observation of Shegan Mahuang decoction in treating cough variant asthma

目的:分析研究射干麻黄汤加减方治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘患者的治疗效果,为咳嗽变异型哮喘患者的临床治疗提供新的思路及理论支持。方法:抽取2013年3月—2015年11月在我院治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的64例患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各32例,对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用射干麻黄汤加减方,对比观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.75%,对照组为81.25%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上加用射干麻黄汤加减方可有效改善患者双肺哮鸣音,缓解其临床症状,提高治疗效果,具有一定临床价值。

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of Shegan Mahuang decoction in treating cough variant asthma and to provide new ideas and theoretical support for the clinical treatment of cough variant asthma patients. Methods: 64 patients with cough variant asthma treated in our hospital from March 2013 to November 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment while the observation group was treated with Shegan Mahuang decoction on the basis of the conventional therapy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were observed. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75% and that of the control group was 81.25%, there were significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shegan Mahuang decoction on the basis of the conventional therapy could effectively relieve the patients' lung wheezing buzzing sound, alleviate the clinical symptoms, improve the therapeutic effect, therefore, it had certain clinical value.
