丹参川芎嗪联合稳心颗粒治疗不稳定型心绞痛合并心律失常疗效观察

Effect observation of Salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine combined with Wenxin granules in treating unstable angina pectoris combined with arrhythmia

目的:探讨丹参川芎嗪联合稳心颗粒治疗不稳定型心绞痛合并心律失常的临床疗效。方法:对126例不稳定型心绞痛合并心律失常患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组按常规方法治疗,治疗组在此治疗基础上加加丹参川芎嗪注射液联合稳心颗粒治疗。观察治疗前后症状及心电图改变。结果:治疗组临床表现、心电图、治疗前后心率收缩压、心肌耗氧量等指标,均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹参川芎嗪注射液配合稳心颗粒是治疗不稳定型心绞痛伴心律失常使用方便、无毒副作用的有效良方。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Combined with Wenxin granules in treating unstable angina pectoris combined with arrhythmia. Methods: 126 patients with unstable angina pectoris combined with arrhythmia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group received routine treatment while the observation group received Salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine combined with Wenxin granules on the basis of routine treatment. Changes in symptoms and ECG before and after the treatment were observed. Results: The clinical manifestation, electrocardiogram, heart rate systolic blood pressure before and after treatment and myocardial oxygen consumption, etc. of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Combined with Wenxin granules was convenient to apply and it was an effective method in treating unstable angina pectoris combined with arrhythmia.
