奥美拉唑联合替普瑞酮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of Omeprazole plus Teprenoneon in treating chronic superficial gastritis

目的:探讨奥美拉唑联合替普瑞酮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床效果。方法:本次研究为我院2014年2月—2015年2月收治的慢性浅表性胃炎患者80例,根据随机数学法将患者进行分组,对照组40例,观察组40例,两组患者在性别、年龄、患病时间、临床表现等数据资料差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,组间数据可进行比较。对照组患者给予奥美拉唑,观察组在对照组的基础上加服替普瑞酮,两组患者在用药3个月后进行随访并评价临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后在第3周随访患者,观察组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率为62.5%,观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组患者,且P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;对照组患者无效率明显高于观察组患者,且P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,观察组患者治疗后降低的症状总分明显高于对照组患者,且P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。在治疗期间,两组患者的血尿常规及肝肾功能指标均无明显变化。结论:奥美拉唑联合替普瑞酮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效显著,且无明显不良反应,对患者肝肾功能无影响,值得在临床中推广。

Objective: To observe clinical effect of Omeprazole plus Teprenone in treating chronic superficial gastritis. Methods: 80 patients with chronic superficial gastritis, treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Two groups showed no significant difference in gender, age, duration of disease, clinical manifestations data, P>0.05, data between the two groups could be compared. The control group was given Omeprazole, while the observation group was given Omeprazole plus Teprenone, and two groups of patients were followed up after treatment for 3 months and clinical effect was evaluated. Result: In the first three weeks of follow-up of patients after treatment, the total efficiency of the observation group was 90.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, and P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant; the ineffective rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group, and P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant; after treatment, the reduced symptom score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. During treatment, urine and liver and kidney function parameters of patients in the two groups showed no significant changes. Conclusion: Omeprazole plus Teprenone had significant effect in treating chronic superficial gastritis and there was no obvious adverse reactions, it had no effect on liver and renal function, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
