冷热敷交替疗法在膝关节滑膜炎急性期应用的临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect observation of applying alternating cold and hot compress therapy in treating acute synovitis of knee joint

目的:评价冷热敷交替疗法治疗急性期膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例急性期膝关节滑膜炎患者采用完全随机法分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组采用冷热敷交替疗法治疗,对照组采用传统热疗法。治疗周期均为2周,观察点分别在治疗第7天、第14天,观察指标为:膝关节肿胀度、膝关节周围皮温、VAS疼痛评分。结果:观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:冷热敷交替疗法治疗急性期膝关节滑膜炎具有良好的临床疗效,较传统单一热敷法更具疗效。

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of alternating cold and hot compress therapy in treating acute synovitis of knee joint. Methods: 60 patients with acute synovitis of knee joint were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with alternating cold and hot compress therapy while the control group was treated with traditional heat therapy. The treatment course lasted 2 weeks and patients were observed 7 d, 14 d respectively after treatment.The observation indexes included: knee joint swelling, skin temperature around the knee and VAS pain score. Results: The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Compared with traditional heat therapy, alternating cold and hot compress therapy had better clinical efficacy in treating acute synovitis of knee joint.
