针灸配合康复疗法治疗脑血管意外后偏瘫的临床探讨

Clinical exploration of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy in treating hemiplegia after cerebrovascular accident

目的:探讨针灸配合康复疗法治疗脑血管意外后偏瘫的临床效果。方法:将我院收治的75例脑血管意外后偏瘫患者纳入研究,随机分成综合组(38例)和对照组(37例),对照组采取常规专科治疗,综合组则在常规治疗基础上进行针灸和康复治疗,对比分析两组的临床效果。结果:通过治疗后,综合组总有效率达到88.4%,高于常规组的72.6%,存在显著差异,有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于脑血管意外偏瘫患者,采取针灸配合康复疗法治疗的临床效果要优于常规治疗,临床实践意义重大。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy in treating hemiplegia after cerebrovascular accident. Methods: 75 patients with hemiplegia after cerebrovascular accident in our hospital were randomly divided into the comprehensive treatment group (38 cases) and the control group (37 cases), the control group received routine specialist treatment while the comprehensive treatment group received acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy, the clinical effects of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: After treatment, the total efficiency of the comprehensive treatment group was 88.4%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, 72.6%, there was a significant difference, which was of statistically significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy had better clinical effect than conventional treatment in treating hemiplegia after cerebrovascular accident; it had vital clinical practice significance.
