中药配合针灸治疗肩周炎48例分析

Cases analysis of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis

目的:探讨中药配合针灸治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:选取48例肩周炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各24例,对照组患者采用针灸治疗,观察组患者采用针灸治疗后配合中药治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:经过治疗,观察组的临床治疗效果明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:采用中药配合针灸治疗肩周炎,能够有效缓解患者的临床症状,促使患者尽快康复,临床效果显著,值得在临床中广泛推广应用。

Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods: 48 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 24 cases in each group, the control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion while patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture. The clinical curative effects of the two groups of patients were observed. Results: After treatment, the clinical effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was of statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture could relieve the patient's clinical symptoms effectively and promote the patients’ recovery in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis, its clinical effect was significant and it was worthy of wide clinical application
