耳穴埋籽联合穴位敷贴对减轻骨折患者手术后疼痛的效果观察

Efficacy observation of auricular seeds combined with acupoints application in alleviating pain of fracture patients after surgery

目的:观察耳穴埋籽和穴位敷贴减轻骨折患者手术后疼痛的效果。方法:选择在我科住院进行骨折手术的患者60例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组30例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上,给予耳穴埋籽和穴位敷贴。采用长海痛尺评分,比较两组疼痛减轻的情况。结果:研究组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛缓解人数百分比高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:联合采用耳穴埋籽和穴位敷贴,能够有效缓解骨折手术后患者的身体疼痛。

Objective: To observe the effect of auricular seeds combined with acupoints application in alleviating pain of fracture patients after surgery. Methods: 60 cases of fracture patients in our hospital were were randomly divided into study group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing while the study group received auricular seeds combined with acupoints application on the basis of routine care. Changhai foot pain score was used to compare the alleviating of pain. Results: The pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); Percentage of pain relief of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Auricular seeds combined with acupoints application could effectively relieve the pain of fracture patients after surgery.
