气管支架置入治疗大气道狭窄患者的围手术期护理观察

Perioperative nursing observation of patients with airway stenosis treated with tracheal stent implantation

目的:对行气管支架置入治疗大气道狭窄患者的围手术期护理措施进行探讨。方法:选取我院2014年3月—2016年3月所收治的大气道狭窄患者8例作为研究对象,全部患者皆予以气管支架置入治疗,同时配合相应的综合护理干预措施,然后观察护理的效果。结果:8例患者均顺利完成支架置入,手术成功率100.0%;在支架置入后,气道狭窄改善,通气显著好转;术后,有1例出现咳嗽,1例出现轻度胸痛,未经处理,3 d后自行好转。结论:对行气管支架置入治疗的大气道狭窄患者予以综合围手术期护理措施,疗效确切,且可提升护理满意度,值得推行。

Objective: To explore the perioperative nursing measures for patients with airway stenosis treated with tracheal stent implantation. Methods: 8 patients with airway stenosis, admitted to and treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016, were selected as research subjects, all patients were treated with tracheal stent implantation and the corresponding comprehensive nursing intervention measures, and then the nursing effect was observed. Results: 8 patients were successfully given the stent placement,achievement ratio of operation was 100%; after stent implantation, airway stenosis was improved, ventilation was significantly improved;after the operation, there was 1 case of cough, 1 case of mild chest pain, both of whom recovered without treatment 3 days later.Conclusion: Comprehensive perioperative nursing measures had significant effect in the treatment of airway stenosis patients with tracheal stent implantation, it could improve the nursing satisfaction and was worthy of promoting.
