中厚煤层切顶卸压沿空留巷综采面矿压显现规律研究

Study on the Manifest Rules of Mining Pressure in Fully Mechanized Coal Face's Roof Cutting and Pressure Relief of Roadway Driven along Next Gob with Medium and Thick Coal Seam

基于神东矿区哈拉沟煤矿12201综采工作面切顶卸压沿空留巷开采实践,对切顶卸压沿空留巷工作面矿压显现规律进行总结。实践表明:一次采动期间,工作面留巷侧留巷侧来压强度相对减弱,对应地表裂缝向工作面内部发展、裂缝落差相对较小、裂缝数量较少;二次采动期间,工作面机尾段来压强度明显大于中部、机头段,且留巷巷道采空区悬顶严重。通过采取退锚和强制放顶措施,有效解决了悬顶问题。

Based on production practice of 12201 fully mechanized face's roof cutting and pressure relief along gob-side of Halagou Coal Mine Lagou in Shendong mine area,manifest rules of mining pressure were analyzed. The results show that during the first mining,pressure intensity is relatively weak beside the left lane and the corresponding to the surface cracks in the face of internal development,the gap is relatively small,the number of cracks is less. During the second mining,pressure intensity of left lane is obviously larger than that of the other regions and there is serious hanging roof. The problem of hanging roof is solved and pressure intensity are weakened by taking measures of retreating anchor and forced caving the roof.
