矿井斜巷运输监视及安全监控系统的应用

Inclined Alley Conveyance's Monitoring of Mines and Application of Safety Supervised System

石沟驿煤业分公司辅助运输系统采用斜井轨道运输,点多、面广、路线长、工序操作频繁,在斜井运输过程中,存在不安全隐患相对较多的现状。鉴于这种情况,引进了一套运输安全监控系统。文章分别从矿井斜巷运输监视及安全监控系统的构成、主要技术性能、实施方案、工作过程等各个方面,阐述了该系统的结构、性能、特点。该系统成功应用后,斜井运输安全监控系统对规范现场作业流程,监控现场安全设施的可靠性,完善现场安全管控措施等方面,取得了不可估量的安全经济效益。

This paper analyses the situation of Shigouyi Branch's auxiliary transportation system using inclined rail transport which has the unsafe hidden dangers’problems, since it has many spots, covers wide range, long lines and multifarious processing procedures. In view of handling the mentioned-above facts, a set of transportation safety supervised system is introduced. This paper expounds the structure, functions and features of this system from its composition, basic mechanical feature, implement scheme, working process and other aspects of inclined alley conveyance's monitoring of mines and safety supervised system. Immeasurable safety and economic benefits will be gained after the system's successful application, it gives full play to in the aspects of regulating on-site's working process, monitoring worksite's safety facilities' reliability and security control measures of worksite.
