摘要 文章介绍了某电厂P/VII-7.2(J.R)型6k V开关非全相合闸并拒分,造成负载电机烧损,机组跳闸的故障案例,从该型开关在合闸过程中的运行操作、闭锁机构等方面对故障原因进行了分析,并提出了有效地改进措施和建议。 Some failure examples that caused load motor's burning and unit tripping since type P/VII-7.2(J.R)6kV switch of a power plant were introduced because of switch's problems of not fully closed and refuse to break,analyzing failure reasons in the operation and blocking mechanism during the process of switching on in this type of switch,moreover,effective improvement measures and advices are brought out.
