百万机组风量测量的优化与改进

摘要 神华广东国华粤电台山发电有限公司(以下简称台山电厂)二期百万机组风量测量设计安装的是美国WERIS.INC公司生产的Verabar探头。机组投产以后,风量多次出现测量不准、风量突变以及取样管堵塞等问题,影响机组安全稳定运行。为了解决这些问题,确保风量测量准确可靠,我们研究优化改进风量测量装置,并在#7机组进行实施,取得了良好的经济效益。 Verabar probes which are produced by America WERIS.INC Company are installed in the second phase's megawatts unit airflow measurement of Shenhua Guangdong Guohua Yuedian Taishan Power Generation Co.,Ltd (hereinafter refers to“Taishan Power Plant”). After the unit is put into operation,there are many problems such as inaccurate measurement, airflow's change without notice and the blockage of sampling tube, etc., which affect the safe and stable operation of the unit. In order to solve these problems and ensure certainty and reliability of airflow measurement,we made efforts and conduct study about optimizing and improving airflow measurement devices. Great benefits have gained after put them in to practice inNo. 7 unit.
