摘要
硫回收装置的腐蚀问题是常见的设备损伤问题之一,本文对硫回收装置防腐措施进行了研究,介绍了硫回收工艺技术,确定了易腐蚀设备的防腐措施:1通过侵泡实验,确定美国特奈麦克涂料应用于酸性水罐防腐效果较好;2胺液再生装置采用阴极保护原理进行防腐;3液硫储罐采用电弧喷铝进行防腐。
The corrosion problem sulfur recovery plant is one of the common problems of equipment damage,corrosionprotection paper sulfur recovery unit was studied,describes sulfur recovery technology,to determine the corrosive equipmentcorrosion measures:① soaked through experiments,US Tnemec coating applied to determine the acid tank corrosion better;② amine regeneration device uses the principle of cathodic protection corrosion;③ liquid sulfur tank by arc sprayed aluminum forcorrosion protection.
