油田污水回注防腐阻垢技术研究

摘要 目前我国大多油田已经进入开采后期,该阶段的油田大多采用注水开发且属于中高含水期,在原油采出时不仅需要注入大量的水,而且产出大量的污水。为了提高水的利用率,需要将大量的污水进行回注,然而污水含有一定的腐蚀性物质且水质较硬易结垢,对油田的生产带来一定的影响。本文对污水的防腐、防垢技术进行了分析。 At present,the development of oilfield in China has entered into the late exploitation and development stage that themajority of oilfields apply water injection manner and belong to the mid-high water cut stage. A large amount of water is needed anda large amount wastewater is produced when the oilfield is in development. In order to improve the utilization rate of water,a largeamount of wastewater produced need to be re-injected. However,the wastewater contains a certain corrosive substances,and thewater quality is relatively hard and the wastewater is easy to foul and brings a certain to oilfield production. In this paper,anticorrosionand antifouling technology in oilfield wastewater reinjection is discussed in this paper.
