摘要
二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)生产过程中会用到大量低压蒸汽,这些蒸汽中由高品位蒸汽进行减温减压获得的,过程中造成大量的热量浪费,螺杆膨胀发电机组可以通过能量转化,将蒸汽由高品位到低品位过程中的焓降转化为电能,达到能量回收利用的目的。本文介绍了蒸汽余热发电机组在MDI制造过程中应用与优化。
Vast low pressure steam is consumed in diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)production,which is obtainedby temperature and pressure reduction of high pressure steam. A large amount of waste heat can be recovered by screw expansiongenerator which is used to convert the enthalpy drop in the process of high taste to low taste steam to electricity. This article introducesthe application and optimization of steam waste heat generator in MDI production.
