摘要
通过分析硅砂特性,就对辊、立磨和球磨机进行考察和试验研究,方案比选后认为物料处理量在5~10t/h适宜,球磨机是比较经济合理的选择,并给出了合理可行的硅砂磨粉工艺流程和最佳工艺配置,为球团工程设计应用奠定了基础。
The double crusher,vertical mill and ball grinder are tested respectively by analysis on silica sand. The results showthat the ball grinder is the economic and reasonable choice when the feedstock is in 5~10t/h. The reasonable and feasible silica sandgrinding process and optimal process are offered for the pellet design and application.
