Colles骨折经手法复位后配合中药熏泡和康复指导对患者治疗效果影响

Clinical effects of manipulative reduction plus TCM medicine fumigation and rehabilitation guidance on colles fracture

目的:探讨Colles骨折经手法复位后配合中药熏泡和康复指导对患者的影响。方法:选取我院收治的经手法复位的Colles骨折患者82例为研究对象,采用随机分组表法将患者分为研究组和常规组,研究组采用中药熏泡联合康复指导,常规组采用常规康复指导和随访。结果:研究组患者解除夹板时间、承重时间、骨折愈合时间均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者功能状态、疼痛、握力及活动范围评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者腕关节功能优良率(97.56%)高于常规组(85.36%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Colles骨折经手法复位后配合中药熏泡和康复指导可促进患者骨折愈合,提高腕关节功能恢复,具有显著的临床应用效果。

Objective: To investigate clinical effects of manipulative reduction plus TCM medicine fumigation and rehabilitationguidance on colles fracture. Methods: 82 patients were selected as research objects and randomly divided into the study group and theconventional group. The study group received TCM medicine fumigation plus rehabilitation guidance; and the conventional group wastreated by conventional rehabilitation guidance and followed-up. Results: Releasing splint time, loading time and fracture healing time inthe study group were shorter (P<0.05). Functional status, pain, grip strength and motion range scores in the study group were higher (P<0.05).Excellent rate of wrist function in the study group (97.56%) was higher than 85.36% in the conventional group, P<0.05. Conclusion:Manipulative reduction plus TCM medicine fumigation and rehabilitation guidelines on colles fracture could promote fracture healing, andimprove wrist function recovery, with a substantial clinical value.
