目的:建立一套适合云南省铁皮石斛的地方质量标准,从而监控铁皮石斛的质量优劣,使其更好地在药材市场流通。方法:根据《中华人民共和国国家药典·第一部》2010年中关于铁皮石斛质量标准的相关要求对9批铁皮石斛药材进行鉴别、检查、浸出物及其含量测定等实验,并根据药材的实际情况调整药典规定的方法。结果:9批铁皮石斛药材各项指标(除浸出物外)均符合药典规定。结论:《中华人民共和国国家药典·第一部》2010年中关于铁皮石斛的质量标准的测定方法可靠可行,可以根据其中关于铁皮石斛的质量标准要求初步起草云南省铁皮石斛的地方质量标准。
