益肾安胎汤治疗肾虚症早期先兆流产的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating threatened abortion from early kidney deficiency with the Yishen Antai decoction

目的:观察益肾安胎汤治疗肾虚症的疗效、原理及治疗后是否存在副作用,并在治疗前后观察患者性激素是否发生变化,以此推广到治疗早期先兆流产,看是否能够提供一定的思路和方法。方法:选取我院符合标准的2013年6月-2014年2月的86例肾虚症先兆流产患者,随机将患者分为实验组与对照组,每组43例患者,实验组予以中药+西药治疗,对照组给予中药治疗。在治疗的同时保证其他治疗条件相同,且患者自身不患有会对实验结果造成影响的疾病,几个疗程之后进行治疗效果检验,对实验结论作出分析。结果:经过一段时间的治疗,两组患者的身体状况均有了明显改善,4周后,实验组的总有效率为95.0%,对照组的总有效率为83.0%。结论:实验结果表明益肾安胎汤治疗先兆流产具有明显的效果,能明显提高血清性激素水平,改善肾虚症,并且对孕妇的保胎有明显疗效,未发现其他副作用,对胎儿也并未见副作用。

Objective: To observe clinical effects, principle and side effects of the Yishen Antai decoction on threatened abortion,and the change of sex hormones, in order to extensively applied in treating threatened abortion for more ideas and reference. Methods:86 patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group, 43 cases in each. The experimental group was given TCMmedicine plus western medicine. The control group was treated with TCM medicine. Results: Physical condition of patients in groups wereall obviously improved. In 4 weeks, the total efficiency was 95.0% in the experimental group, and 83.0% in the control group. Conclusion:The experimental results show that the Yishen Antai decoction was significantly effective on threatened abortion, could improve levels ofserum sex hormones and kidney deficiency symptoms, with tocolysis role, and no adverse reaction for pregnant woman and fetus.
