柴胡利胆汤治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating chronic cholecystitis with the Chaihu Lidan decoction

目的:探讨柴胡利胆汤治疗慢性胆囊炎的方法及其临床疗效。方法:将2013年6月-2015年6月我科收治的120例慢性胆囊炎患者随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予西医治疗,观察组患者则给予柴胡利胆汤治疗,记录相关临床资料并进行回顾性分析。结果:观察组的总有效率大于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡利胆汤治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效满意,能够有效改善患者临床症状、消除结石。

Objective: To explore the methods and efficacy of the Chaihu Lidan decoction on chronic cholecystitis. Methods:120 cases were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. The control group was given the western medicine; theobservation group were treated with the Chaihu Lidan decoction. Results: The total efficiency was greater in the observation group, with astatistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Chaihu Lidan decoction shows a satisfactory effect on chronic cholecystitis,can improve clinical symptoms, and eliminate lithiasis.
