温阳养心汤在慢性心功能不全治疗中的应用价值分析

A value analysis of treating chronic heart failure with the Wenyang Yangxin decoction

目的:分析温阳养心汤治疗慢性心功能不全的临床疗效。方法:将我院收治的慢性心功能不全患者96例分为治疗组和对照组各48例,对照组患者予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合温阳养心汤治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率(95.8%)明显高于对照组(64.6%),治疗后LEVF、6MWD较对照组增加明显,P<0.05。结论:对慢性心功能不全患者采取温阳养心汤治疗,可明显提高临床效果。

Objective: To analyze clinical efficacy of the Wenyang Yangxin decoction on chronic heart failure. Methods: 96 caseswere divided into the treatment group and control group, 48 cases in each. The control group was given routine treatment. The treatmentgroup was treated with the Wenyang Yangxin decoction more. Results: The total efficiency was 95.8% in the treatment group, andsignificantly higher than 64.6% in the control group. LEVF and 6MWD were more increased, P<0.05. Conclusion: The Wenyang Yangxindecoction can significantly improve the clinical effect on chronic heart failure.
