原发性肾病综合征并发急性肾衰临床诊治分析

An analysis of treating primary nephrotic syndrome in patients with acute renal failure

目的：对原发性肾病综合征并发急性肾衰的临床诊治效果进行探讨。方法：60例原发性肾病综合征并发急性肾衰患者均为我院收治，对患者的临床特点进行分析，并采取积极疗法进行治疗。结果：5～21d后，患者肾功能均恢复正常，浮肿显著减轻，尿蛋白减少，血浆蛋白值不同程度提高，尿素值为4.2～11mmol/L，血肌酐降低75.8～95.7μmol/L；45例显效，占75.0%，13例有效，占21.7%，2例无效，占3.3%，总治疗有效率为96.7%。结论：及早发现、治疗原发性肾病综合征并发急性肾衰有助于促进患者肾功能快速恢复，提高治疗有效率。

Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy on primary nephrotic syndrome in patients with acute renal failure. Methods:60 patients were selected, and given clinical analysis and treatment. Results: In 5~21d, all patient’s renal function were revived; edemaand urinary protein were decreased; and plasma protein values were increased; urea is 4.2 ~ 11mmol/L; serum creatinine reduced 75.8 ~95.7μmol/L. 45 cases were markedly effective (75.0%); 13 cases was effective (21.7%); 2 cases were ineffective (3.3%); the total efficiencywas 96.7%. Conclusion: Treating primary nephrotic syndrome in patients with acute renal failure as soon as possible could improve renalfunction.
