摘要
目的:探讨急性心肌梗死患者的临床观察与护理。方法:对31例急性心肌梗死患者进行严密观察,并根据患者的病情变化实施恰当的临床护理。结果:31例急性心肌梗死患者心功能全部有所改善,无护理并发症发生。结论:急性心肌梗死患者具有发病急、病情发展快的特点,细心观察与有效正确的护理至关重要,可显著降低死亡率。
Objective: Nursing for acute myocardial infarction was investigated. Methods: 31 patients were closely observed, andreceived appropriate care according to patient’s condition. Results: Cardiac function of all patients was improved, with no complicationafter care. Conclusion: Acute myocardial infarction was characterized by acute onset and rapid progression; careful observation andeffective care were essential, can significantly reduce mortality.
