摘要
探讨对老年腹腔镜下行胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术患者的护理。回顾我院2013年1月-2015年7月84例老年腹腔镜下行胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术患者的护理体会,包括术前患者的心理评估及护理,术后病情观察及基础疾病的治疗、并发症的预防及护理,出院指导。本组治疗后仅1例高龄患者出现胸腔积液,经积极治疗后痊愈,其余患者均顺利康复。
Nursing for gastro-duodenal ulcer perforation repair by laparoscopic was investigated. Nursing experience for 84 patientswere retrospectively analyzed, including psychological assessment, condition observation, treatment, prevention of complications anddischarge guidance. In this study, 83 cases were cured; 1 case shows complications.
