护理人员手卫生情况调查分析

An analysis of hand hygiene in nurses

目的:了解护理人员手卫生执行情况,建立切实可行的手卫生干预措施,提高其手卫生执行率。方法:采用隐蔽式现场观察的方法,调查不同科室200名护理人员接触病人前后、无菌操作前后、接触病人血液、体液后、脱手套后手卫生执行率。结果:该院护理人员手卫生执行率为55.0%,接触病人前、后分别是28.6%、62.0%,进行无菌操作前、后分别是43.4%、70.8%,接触病人血液、体液后是75.0%,脱手套后为60.0%。结论:该院护理人员手卫生执行率有待改善,要加强手卫生相关知识的学习,总结经验,制定出相应的干预措施,降低医院感染率,减轻患者痛苦和经济损失。

Objective: Hand hygiene in nurses was understood, to establish feasible intervention measures, and enhance executionrate. Methods: By hiding observation, 200 nurses from different administrative offices had been investigated on hand sanitation beforeand after contacting patients, before and after the aseptic manipulation, after contacting patient blood and body fluid, and after escapingthe gloves. Results: The execution rate of the medical personnel in the hospital was 55.0%; before and after contacting patients, theexecution rate was 28.6% and 62.0%; before and after the aseptic manipulation, the execution rate was 43.4% and 70.8%; after contactingpatient blood and body fluid, the execution rate was 75.0%; and after escaping the gloves, the execution rate was 60.0%. Conclusion: Thehand hygiene in nurses should be improved, and the related knowledge should be enhanced. They should summarize the experience andformulate the corresponding intervention measures, to reduce the hospital infection, painfulness and the economic loss of patients.
