基于中药外敷VS非甾体类抗炎药治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效Meta分析

A Meta-analysis of clinical efficacy of TCM medicine external applications VS non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on primary dysmenorrhea

目的:评价中药外敷VS非甾体抗炎药治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:系统检索CNKI、万方、维普、Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane library几大数据库,检索时间从数据库建库到2016年3月,并使用相关统计软件进行统计。结果:中药外敷VS非甾体抗炎药治疗原发性痛经的相关指标比较,差异均显著,P<0.01。结论:中药外敷治疗原发性痛经的有效率及疼痛状况改善优于非甾体抗炎药治疗,复发率也较服用非甾体抗炎药治疗低。

Objective: To evaluate clinical efficacy of external application of TCM medicines VS non steroidal anti-inflammatorydrugs on primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: A systematic search in CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, Pubmed, EMBASE, and Cochrane library databasewas implemented; and documents period was from the beginning of the database establishment to March 2016; and related data wascounted by statistical software. Results: The differences among all indexes were statistically significant, P<0.01. Conclusion: Comparedwith non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, clinical efficiency of external application of TCM medicine on primary dysmenorrhea wasbetter, could improve pain condition, with fewer recurrences.
