西医三联疗法联合中医汤剂治疗胃溃疡的效果分析

An effective analysis of treating gastric ulcer by western medicine triple therapy plus TCM decoction

目的:探讨应用中西医结合方式对胃溃疡进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2012年2月-2013年8月在我院接受治疗的86例胃溃疡患者,随机平分为对照组、观察组,分别给予西医三联疗法、中西药结合法进行治疗,对比分析两组治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为90.70%,明显高于对照组的81.40%;同时观察组幽门螺杆菌根除率、胃溃疡愈合率也均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用中西药结合方式对胃溃疡进行治疗可取得更好的治疗效果。

Objective: To explore clinical effects of western medicine triple therapy plus TCM decoction on gastric ulcer. Methods:86 patients were divided equally into the control group and the observed group, and took western medicine triple therapy and the integrativetherapy respectively. Results: The total efficiency was 90.70% in the observed group, and 81.40% in the control group. H. pylori eradicationand gastric ulcer healing in the observed group were higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: The integrative therapy on gastric ulcer showed betterclinical effects.
