金银冠心汤加减治疗冠心病心绞痛137例疗效分析

A clinical anaysis of treating 137 cases of angina from coronary heart disease with the Jinyin Guanxin decoction

目的:比较两种金银冠心汤加减方治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法:将收治的137例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组50例,治疗组87例,治疗组用金银冠心汤合温胆汤,对照组用金银冠心汤合枳实薤白桂枝汤,观察两组治疗前后心绞痛发作情况、中医各项症状变化情况、舌质及脉象变化。结果:治疗组在改善冠心病各项症状等方面均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。清热解毒、活血化瘀、理气化痰法比清热解毒、活血化瘀、通阳散结法效果显著。

Objective: To compare efficacy of two kinds of the Jinyin Guanxin decoction on angina from coronary heart disease.Methods: 137 cases were divided into the treatment group (87 cases) and control group (50 cases). The treatment group took the JinyinGuanxin decoction plus the Wendan decoction; the control group took the Jinyin Guanxin decoction plus the Zhishi Xiebai Guizhidecoction. Results: Improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was better, P<0.05.
