独活寄生汤治疗骨质疏松性骨折临床愈合的促进作用

An effect of the Duhuo Jisheng decoction on healing of osteoporotic fractures

目的:探究分析独活寄生汤在骨质疏松性骨折临床愈合中的促进作用及临床效果。方法:随机选取2013年1月-2014年1月我院收治的70例骨质疏松性骨折患者,并将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例,其中对照组患者给予塞来昔布胶囊,治疗组给予拟定的独活寄生汤,治疗2个月以后,观察两组患者的骨密度变化及骨折愈合程度等。分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率为94.3%,观察组的治疗总有效率为71.4%,两组患者的临床疗效对比差异具有统计学意义,并且治疗组患者的骨密度变化及骨折愈合程度均明显优于对照组。结论:独活寄生汤对骨质疏松性骨折具有显著的临床效果,并且安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To explore and analyze promoted efficacy of the Duhuo Jisheng decoction on healing of osteoporotic fractures.Methods: 70 cases were randomly selected and divided into the control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each. The control group was treatedwith celecoxib capsule; the treatment group was given the Duhuo Jisheng decoction. The bone mineral density and fracture healing were observed,to analyze the clinical healing effect in two groups. Results: The total efficiency in the treatment group was 94.3%, and 71.4% in the control group,with a significant difference. The bone mineral density and fracture healing in the treatment group were significantly better. Conclusion: TheDuhuo Jisheng decoction on osteoporotic fractures shows a significant effect, is safe and effective, and worthy of application.
