中医特色护理在骨科“优质护理服务”中的应用体会

Clinical experience on orthopedics by TCM characteristics

目的:探讨中医特色护理在骨科"优质护理服务"中的作用。方法:在对我院2014年1-12月收治的1216例骨折患者开展优质护理服务过程中,配合科内协定中药处方进行中药熏洗、外敷三黄散、红外线治疗等中医特色护理。结果:治愈909例,好转269例,死亡1例,放弃治疗37例,有效率为96.88%,患者满意度为98.60%。结论:在优质护理服务过程中配合中医特色护理,可以缓解骨折后肢体疼痛、改善肢体活动度,促进骨痂的生长,明显缩短肢体肿胀和功能锻炼时间,提高患者的满意度。

Objective: Influence of TCM characteristics nursing on orthopedics was investigated. Methods: 1216 patients in ourhospital were given TCM characteristics nursing such as washing with TCM medicine, Sanhuang San external application and infrared.Results: 909 cases were cured; 269 cases were better; 1 case was dead; 37 cases abandoned treatment; the total efficiency was 96.88%;satisfaction was 98.60%. Conclusion: Appling TCM characteristics nursing in high quality nursing service could relieve physical painafter fracture, improve physical activity and bone callus growth, shorten limb swelling time and functional exercise time, and improvesatisfaction of patients.
