手法复位结合外敷中药治疗闭合型肘关节脱位合并肱骨外髁骨折10例疗效观察

Treating 10 cases of elbow dislocation of the closed type plus humeral lateral condyle fracture by manual reposition plus TCM medicine external application

目的:对手法复位结合外敷中药治疗闭合型肘关节脱位合并肱骨外髁骨折的效果进行分析。方法:选取2012年2月-2015年9月我院收治的闭合型肘关节脱位合并肱骨外髁骨折10例,均采用手法复位结合外敷何氏骨伤科中药治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:10例患儿骨折恢复情况及骨折端对位对线情况良好,关节活动度良好;目前尚未发现有创伤性关节炎、肘外翻畸形、迟发性尺神经炎等并发症。结论:手法复位配合外敷何氏骨伤中药治疗闭合型肘关节后内侧脱位合并肱骨外髁骨折符合生物力学原理,促进筋伤愈合疗效确切,可取得满意效果。

Objective: To analyze efficacy of manual reposition plus TCM medicine external application on elbow dislocation of theclosed type combined with humeral lateral condyle fracture. Methods: From February 2012 to September 2015, 10 patients in our hospitalwere treated by manual reposition plus the He’s TCM medicine external application. The efficacy was observed. Results: 10 patients werecured, and without adverse reactions such as traumatic arthritis, cubitus valgus and tardy uloar neuritis, etc.. Conclusion: Manual repositionplus the He’s TCM medicine external application on elbow dislocation of the closed type compbined with humeral lateral condyle fractureshows a definite effect.
