紫草祛疣方联合0.1%维A酸乳膏治疗扁平疣临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating verruca plana with the Zicao Quyou decoction plus 0.1% vintamin-A acid cream

目的:观察紫草祛疣方联合0.1%维A酸乳膏治疗扁平疣患者的临床疗效及复发率。方法:将80例患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,治疗组给予紫草祛疣方内服联合0.1%维A酸乳膏外用;对照组给予0.1%维A酸乳膏外涂;疗程均为4周,观察扁平疣数量、局部不良反应。随访4周,观察复发情况。结果:对照组总有效率为62.5%,治疗组总有效率为97.5%,两组疗效相比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,其中治疗组疗效优于对照组。治愈病例随访4周,对照组复发4例,复发率为50.00%,治疗组复发1例,复发率为3.57%,治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:紫草祛疣方联合0.1%维A酸乳膏外用治疗扁平疣临床疗效好、复发率低、安全性高。

Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the Zicao Quyou decoction plus 0.1% vintamin-A acid cream on verruca planaand its recurrence. Methods: 80 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treatedwith the Zicao Quyou decoction plus 0.1% vintamin-A acid cream; the control group was given 0.1% vitamin-A acid cream, for 4 weeks.The number of verruca plana, local adverse reactions were observed. The patients were followed up for 4 weeks, and the recurrence wasobserved. Results: The total efficiency was 62.5% in the control group, better than 97.5% in the treatment group, P<0.05. The recurrencerate was 3.57% in the treatment group, and lower than 50% in the control group (P<0.05), with a statistically significant difference.Conclusion: The Zicao Quyou decoction plus 0.1% vintamin-A acid cream on verruca plana shows a curative effect, with low recurrencerate and high safety.
