摘要
目的:深入探讨绩效考核在心内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法:有针对性的制定心内科护理绩效的考核标准,将绩效管理和量化管理进行有机的结合,并对心内科护理质量进行及时的反馈和评估。结果:将2014年和2013年实行与未实行绩效考核时的护理工作量、服务质量和患者满意度进行比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在心内科护理管理中加入绩效考核,能够在一定程度上调动护理人员的工作积极性,进而达到提高护理质量的目的。
Objective: To explore the applied efficacy of performance appraisal in cardiovascular nursing management. Methods:The performance management and quantitative management were organically combined, to establish the evaluation standard of nursingperformance. The cardiovascular nursing quality was assessed and evaluated. Results: The differences of nursing workload, service qualityand satisfaction between applying and unapplying performance appraisal were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Performanceappraisal in cardiovascular nursing management can mobilize the initiative and improve the quality of nursing.
