摘要
采用熔融缩聚法,以对苯二甲酸(PTA),1,6-己二酸(AA),1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为原料,制备了不同原料物质的量之比的对苯二甲酸/己二酸/丁二醇共聚酯(PBAT),通过傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振氢谱(1H–NMR)测试验证了PBAT的结构和物质的量之比,利用差示扫描量热(DSC)法和热重(TG)分析对PBAT进行了热性能测试,采用X射线衍射(XRD)表征了PBAT共聚酯的结晶性能,用电子单纤强力仪测试了PBAT共聚酯纤维的拉伸性能。结果表明,成功地合成了设计比例的PBAT,随着PTA含量的增加,共聚酯的熔融温度从162.78℃提高到了212.20℃,质量损失5%的分解温度由369.17℃提升到了375.94℃,共聚酯纤维的断裂强度逐渐增加,最高可达3.04 c N/dtex,共聚酯的结晶度也增加。PBAT被广泛应用于片材、地膜、包装、发泡等。
Poly(terephthalic acid-co-adipic acid-co-butylene glycol) (PBAT) was synthesized via melt polycondensation from terephthalic acid (PTA),1,6-adipic acid (AA) and 1,4-butyl glycol (BDO). The molar ratio and structure of the polymer was verified by FTIR and 1H–NMR. The thermal properties of PBAT copolymers were studied by using DSC and TGA. The crystallization properties of PBAT were characterized by XRD. The tensile properties of the PBAT polyester fiber were tested by electronic fiber strength tester. The results show that the expected molar ratio of PBAT is successfully synthesized. With the increase of PTA content,the melting point is increased from 162.78℃ to 212.20℃ and decomposition temperature with weight loss of 5% of the polymer is increased from 369.17℃ to 375.94℃,the fracture strength of the copolymer is increased with the maximum of 3.04 cN/dtex,and the crystallinity of polyester is also increased. PBAT is widely used in sheet,plastic film,packaging,foam etc.
