基于机器视觉的校车异常监测系统

摘要 近年来,全国各地校车事故常有报道,接二连三的车毁人亡校车交通惨剧引起了全社会对校车安全的高度关注。该文针对校车行驶途中车内安全无人监管的问题,提出了基于机器视觉的校车异常监测系统的设计思路和实现方法,当出现异常情况时能自动报警,为校车行驶安全增加了一重保障。
