The biological significance of flow cytometry on three negative breast cancer

摘要 目的:探讨S期细胞比率、倍体表达在三阴性乳腺癌与非三阴性乳腺癌之间的差别。方法:通过流式细胞仪检测135例乳腺SPF及倍体表达情况。结果:19例三阴性乳腺癌中SPF(9.32±4.89);116例非三阴性乳腺癌SPF(5.65±4.14),差异具有统计学意义。结论:高表达的SPF与年龄、临床分期有明显相关性,而与淋巴结有无转移、肿块大小无明显相关性。 Objective:To investigate the difference of cell ratio in the S stage and ploidy expression between three negative breastcancer and non three negative breast cancer.Methods:The expression of SPF and ploidy in 135 cases were detected by flowcytometry.Results:The expression of SPF in 19 cases of three negative breast cancer was(9.32±4.89);while in 116 cases of nonthree negative breast cancer was(5.65±4.14),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:High expression of SPF has asignificant correlation with age and clinical stage,however,it has no correlation with lymph node metastasis and tumor size.
