微创接骨板技术治疗四肢骨折患者的临床效果

The clinical effect of minimally invasive technique in the treatment of patients with limbs fracture

目的:探讨微创接骨板技术治疗四肢骨折患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析119例四肢骨折患者的临床资料,依据手术方式不同分为A、B两组,分别接受微创接骨板技术治疗和传统内固定术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:A组手术时间、出血量、住院时间均明显低于B组;A组治疗有效率95.38%,显著高于B组的88.89%。结论:微创接骨板技术对四肢骨折患者的治疗效果较为理想,值得继续推广运用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of minimally invasive technique in the treatment of patients with limbs fracture.Methods:We analyzed the clinical data of 119 patients with limb fractures retrospectively.They were divided into the A and Bgroups according to the mode of operation,and they were given the minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis and the traditionalinternal fixation treatment respectively.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:The operation time,blood loss andlength of stay of the A group were significantly lower than those of the B group,and the effective rate was 95.38% of the A group,which was significantly higher than that of the B group.Conclusion:The treatment effect of the minimally invasive plateosteosynthesis for patients with limbs fracture is ideal.It is worth to continue to promote the use.
